Instructions for downloading and printing Large-Print Check Book Register.  There are two files available to open, save, and print.  They are:

1.  The check book register page
2.  The check book cover

The majority of Personal Computers running Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, or XP will be able to open, save, and print these files.  You will need the Adobe Reader installed on your PC in order to use these files.  Many PC's come with the Adobe Reader.  If you need a copy, it is free and available for quick download Click for FREE Adobe Reader

You can print the files directly from this web site, but it would be better if you save them to your PC.  When the file opens in your browser, look for a diskette icon on your tool bar near the printer icon.  Click on it.  Save the file into a folder and under a name of your choosing.  You may print the page while working on line, or you may print the page later off-line.  It is up to you.

Print a copy of the check book cover.  Print several copies of the check book register page.  You may want to keep a blank copy of the check book register page and occasionally print additional copies from it on an office copy machine.  Remember to always use the first generation page as a master for copy machine reproduction.  Successive generations of copies tend to degrade in quality.  Punch your pages with a three hole punch and use them in a three-ring notebook, or use a comb binding available at most print shops and office supply stores.  You can also staple them together, or even use them loose in a file folder.  It is up to you.

I hope these pages will help make your life a little easier.  They have certainly helped me since I composed them.

All the best to all of you,
