How to get to Conway, Hendrix College, and our House |

Approaching Conway from the North on Highway 65. You will pass through a traffic light in front of a shopping mall on your left and La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant on your right. Continue straight ahead. You will pass through another traffic light under Interstate 40. Continue straight ahead. The road will curve to your left. The third traffic light you come to is at the corner of Harkrider (which you are on) and Donaghey Ave. Pass through this traffic light and continue South on Harkrider. As you round a short curve to the left you will see a pedestrian overpass. Turn right just before you reach the pedestrian overpass. This is Winfield Street, which is on the north edge of the Hendrix College campus. Drive west on Winfield until you see the Hendrix College Library on your left. Enter the parking lot and go to the south end of the lot. From there you will walk east a half block to Hulen Hall in the interior of the campus. Approaching Conway from the West on I-40 use Exit 125 onto Highway 65. At the foot of the exit ramp, turn right and follow the road as it curves around to your left. Pass through the traffic light at Donaghey Ave. and continue south on Harkrider Street. As you round a short curve to the left you will see a pedestrian overpass. Turn right just before you reach the pedestrian overpass. This is Winfield Street, which is on the north edge of the Hendrix College campus. Drive west on Winfield until you see the Hendrix College Library on your left. Enter the parking lot and go to the south end of the lot. From there you will walk east a half block to Hulen Hall in the interior of the campus. Approaching Conway from the South on I-40 use exit 127. At the foot of the off ramp turn left and go west on Oak Street. After you pass under I-40 you will need to get into the right lane in a few blocks. When you get to Harkrider Street you will be in a forced right turn lane. Turn right and go north on Harkrider. Get into the left traffic lane. You will come to Siebenmorgen Street where there is a traffic light. This is at the southeast corner of Hendrix College campus. Go through the traffic light and under the pedestrian overpass bridge. Turn left into Winfield Street just after the pedestrian overpass. Drive west on Winfield until you see the Hendrix College Library on your left. Enter the parking lot and go to the south end of the lot. From there you will walk east a half block to Hulen Hall in the interior of the campus. Finding our House: We are located at 2270 Millwood Drive. Millwood runs east and west. It is located three blocks south of Meadowlake Road which is a major street. If you are coming south on Donaghey Avenue from Meadowlake Road, Millwood is the third street south of Meadowlake. Turn to your right on Millwood and pass Capewood and come to the corner of Millwood and Sprucewood. Our house is on the northwest corner of Millwood and Sprucewood.
