The One Nobody Knew

Children have dreams and many wishes too.
Each one anxiously waiting for the day they come true.

Once in awhile a child won’t reveal, their deepest wish held tightly inside.
Knowing it can’t be bought nor appear suddenly outside.

This wish that is hidden involves true feelings.
Wanting for something I never was receiving.

It has taken so many years but my wish has come true.
I now have a Dad that cares and that person IS YOU!
